I am selling the processing unit and manual ONLY for the full Proteus system. I'll throw in some headphones (Factory ones or some Sony headband/in ear, your call) if you want. I recommend decent earbud speakers however. If you want LightFrames for the lightshow you'll have to get some from MindPlace (/www.mindplace.com $50 or make up a set---plans on the net) Also NOT included are the serial cable to connect to a computer for use with the free editor program or the audio patch cable to connect to a CD player for listening to AudioStrobe disks. Get them from the manufacturer or make up your own (I can come up with the pinouts for you if I have something refreshing to drink while doing it---but you probably want to go to USB) If you want to get into binaural beats for cheap without messing with SBaGen this thing is loaded with 50+ sessions from the factory, you can design and load more (if you buy or make the cable) and you can run it in real time mode and control what's happening as you go. You can also download sessions others have designed. Mindplace has released a special OS for this machine for people that run it with sound only---and a lot of people do. Mindplace downplays the sound aspect but while the lightshow is amusing it's the sound that does the entrainment. Lotta snakeoil in this biz, what can you say? Anyway it should be safe for people with seizure disorders running sound only; it is not safe with the lights running if you are epileptic. Excellent condition, runs flawlessly, try all functions before you buy. Cash and carry from Longmont.
